Priority Next Day
We realize that there are times when you need help
fast. If your file server crashes, or your workstation goes down
and you need to get data off it by 5pm, or something catastrophic
happens, you need a technician there quickly. This is why On Time Technical Services offers Priority & Emergency Service.
A priority next-business-day service call is $39 in addition
to the normal billable rate for the service call ($75 or $85 as
listed on our Standard and Premium Services pages). If you are utilizing
hours from a service package, we will deduct the appropriate time
and fees from your plan. If your service call pertains to a covered
On Time Technical Services system, you pay only the $39 fee. Your
call must be received by noon for next-business-day service.
