We realize
that there are times when you need help fast. If your file server
crashes, or your workstation goes down and you need to get data
off it by 5pm, or something catastrophic happens, you need a technician
there quickly. This is why On Time Technical Services offers Priority
Service.
Priority
Next Day
A priority next-business-day service call is $39 in addition to
the normal billable rate for the service call ($75 or $85 as listed
on our Standard and Premium Services pages). If you are utilizing
hours from a service package, we will deduct the appropriate time
and fees from your plan. If your service call pertains to a covered
On Time Technical system, you pay only the $39 fee. Your call must
be received by noon for next-business-day service.
Priority Same Day
A priority same-business-day service call is $59 in addition to
the normal billable rate for the service call, as listed above.
Your call must be received by 10:00 am for same-business-day service.
Emergency Service
A regular Emergency Service Call is $99 in addition to the normal
billable rate for the service call, as listed above.
Emergency Plus
Outside of regular business hours, a Priority Emergency Call is
$139 in addition to the billable rate for the service call (time-and-a-half
weekday evenings, double-time on weekends and company holidays)
