Priority Same Day Service

We realize that there are times when you need help even faster than our Next Day Service provides. If your file server crashes, or your workstation goes down and you need to get data off it by 5pm, or something catastrophic happens, you need a technician there quickly. This is why On Time Technical Services offers Priority & Emergency Service.

• Priority Same Day
  A priority same-business-day service call is $59 in addition to the normal billable rate for the service call, ($75 or $85 as listed on our Standard and Premium Services pages). Your call must be received by 10:00 am for same-business-day service.
