Premium Service
($85.00 per hour)

Anything and everything not covered by Standard service is Premium service. This includes software consulting, on-site training, custom programming, issues involving a network file server (Novell Netware or Windows NT), in addition to any services listed under our NetAdmin service above. If one of our Premium service specialists is required, you will be notified in advance.

Network Issues
Any issue with a network file server is covered under Premium service. If you need service on your file server (not including a hardware-only issue, like upgrading the hard drive or memory), then we will send a network specialist. This includes service such as user maintenance, server problems, and such.
