• Onsite Network Administrator
  Two (2) hours per month of NetAdmin service
  Cost: $85.00 per hour x 2 per month x 12= $2,040.00

• PCDoctorPLUS
  PCDoctorPLUS Service on up to three (3) systems per month (rotations allowed)
  Cost: $99.00 per system x 3 per month x 12 months = $3,564.00

• Standard Service
  Two (2) hours per month of standard PC service (upgrades, repair, etc.)
  Cost: $75.00 per hour x 2 x 12 = $1,800.00

• Premium Service
  Five (5) hours of Premium service (development, server issues, etc.)
  Cost: $85.00 per hour x 5 x 12 = $5,100.00

• On-Site Training
  One (1) hour per month of on-site training for your staff
  Cost: $85.00 X 12 = $1,020.00

• Emergency Service
  Two (2) emergency service calls per year, guaranteed 2-hour response time
  Cost: $99.00 X 2 = $198.00

• System Upgrade Service
  Includes upgrade service required for up to two (2) computers per month
  Cost: This service is only offered as part of a service plan. The cost could vary depending on the nature of the upgrades performed.

• Next Business Day Guarantee
  Guarantees a technician to your office on the following business day after receipt of your call for support
